4. Intended use of the personal information (the purpose of the register):

The purpose of the register is to maintain a register of Heinolan Sahakoneet Oy’s applicants for recruitment purposes. The application can be targeted to a certain position or an open application. Open applications will be kept in the register for six months.

5. Contents of the register:

Application forms contain the following information:
    •     Information about the type of position applied for
    •     Personal information: name, year of birth, address, telephone number and contact information
    •     Information about education and experience
    •     Language skills

6. Sources of information:

The applicants provide the information themselves.

7. Disclosure of information and transferring information outside the company:

Information will not be disclosed to any third party outside the company Heinolan Sahakoneet Oy.

8. Principles for protecting the register:

Manual material: printed only if necessary. Paper prints are destroyed after use. Information saved on computers: only recruitment personnel and recruitment managers have the right to use the register. Users of the application have been trained to use the register. Technical equipment is carefully protected.

9. Right of control:

Applicants have the right to check the information that they have sent about themselves, the right to demand amendment of incorrect information as well as the right to exercise other rights defined in the Finnish Personal Data Act. Any request to check information must be submitted in written form and signed by the individual responsible for the register (see Section 2).
